I'm going to keep this short and sweet. As we reflect on our past and history as a Nation, I hope everyone reflects on their personal past too. As a Nation and as an indivudal mistakes are made. The question is, do we learn from them? Can we grow from them? As I reflect I remember many good times and some bad times. God is bigger than our past. God loves us more than we can truly ever comprehend.
“Just be kind, you never know what someone else may be going through.”
I think about how only 4 months ago I was in a very dark dark valley. There were people who kept me walking; kept me alive. And they may not even realize it. Their kindness, their caring, their love. They didn't try to "fix" things for me, but they spoke words of encouragement and gratitude.
